Alai Secure has new regional sales manager for Latin America

Latin America. Ricardo Orjuela has been appointed as the new regional sales manager for Latin America of Alai Secure and will be responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy in Colombia, Chile and Peru. The executive comes from being the Account Manager of the company.

On this new professional challenge, Orjuela commented: "This promotion is a significant step for me within the organization. A professional recognition that makes me immensely proud. Companies are eager to make the leap to digital and technological transformation, and that is why we can generate an important strategic impulse that adds to the objectives and goals proposed for the expected growth of the market. My expectations are the highest", and indicates that "I have been able to realize the wonderful talent, both human and professional, with which we currently have in the company and I am sure that the team will respond to the goals set and we will obtain the expected results. I will provide what is necessary for the region to assume leadership in the sales of the organization."

Ricardo Orjuela is an Electronic Engineer -graduated from the Universidad El Bosque- and trained in commercial management from the Universidad de La Sabana. He specializes in project management and commercial management, with emphasis on B2B-B2C sales. He has 11 years of experience leading projects in the technology sector, of which seven have been integral in the security sector. He worked at TKH Security as commercial director of Latin America for the verticals of the security, access control and artificial intelligence sector.

In his new position, Orjuela is responsible for developing and implementing the plans and strategies that guarantee the achievement of the company's objectives. "We have set objectives consistent with the growth and potential of the region and, therefore, it will be necessary not only to coordinate the commercial team for this purpose, but to work hand in hand with the other departments involved to successfully direct our common goal. I am convinced that we will more than fulfill it, "says the manager.

Alai Secure has a clear timeline for 2023. "We will start with markets that have long been positioning themselves with interesting potential and projection such as Mexico, Ecuador and Argentina. We are confident of obtaining favorable results that will allow us to continue including more countries within the objective set," concludes Orjuela.
