United States. Convergint confirmed the acquisition of a Houston-based integrator responsible for the design, installation and service of electronic security, safety and communications systems, called Ballou Fire Systems, LLC.
The acquisition brings a team of experts to Convergint, expanding the company's capabilities in Houston and the Midwest region and bolstering its service offerings with a focus on the healthcare, education and commercial markets. The company's focus on total life safety protection allows Convergint to leverage Ballou's already extensive and established network of customers and partnerships in the region.
