Guatemala and Panama had a unique experience with the ALAS Technological Meetings

ALAS

Central America. Guatemala (August 2nd) and Panama (August 4th) hosted the two most recent Technological Meetings held by the Asociación Latinoamericana de Seguridad - ALAS.

Guatemala had the participation of 139 professionals from the security industry, while in Panama 90 visitors attended, ratifying the success of both spaces that offered a program of conferences, panels and networking opportunities with the participating brands.

Alberto Álvarez, ALAS CEO, commented to Ventas de Seguridad that "the success of all the last meetings in Argentina, Uruguay, dominican Republic, Guatemala and Panama is due to the local effort and personal commitment of the members of the national committees, which have made attendances exceed widely, even doubling, compared to those that were on average previously; having attended a total of 600 professionals from manufacturers, distributors, integrators and end users, if we add all the meetings held".

For his part, Tadeo Ospina, marketing and communications manager, stressed that "in both events we sold out the tickets we had available and that makes us very happy, because the public is responding to what ALAS offers and the companies that believe in our events. This response is due to the need to meet again after two years of the pandemic and do business in a traditional way. The idea is to continue along this line, strengthening these spaces, our committees and thinking about WINGS locally according to the needs of each country."

- "Interesting proposals that put us in context about the current needs of the client and what they expect from us as a brand and where we should go", Adán José Estrada de los Ángeles, Dahua.
Panama
- "Excellent dynamics and interaction of the whole group, it helps us to have a clearer focus on what we really need as a company and to be able to transmit it to all our customers", José Mauricio Arredondo Obando, Seguridad del Sur, S.A.
- "These events help us to further expand the panorama of what we live day by day. Excellent information, very grateful to the entire organization", Yessid Díaz, Alarm 24.
