Colombia. Alai Secure will be an exhibitor and guest speaker at the ALAS Technology Meetings, which will be held on April 5 in the city of Bogotá. There he will present his novelties and reaffirm, from his presentation, the importance of securing communications in new technological environments.
Among the novelties of M & M and IoT that this company will present, the offer of GSM / GPRS machine-to-machine communications stands out, capable of offering service in any 2G/3G/4G access technology and from this 2022 also in 5G. In addition, with the incorporation of LoRaWAN, a low-power network protocol with wide coverage, it allows to meet new communication scenarios between objects in which mobile service or Wi-Fi are not available.
Ricardo Orjuela, account manager of Alai Secure, will be in charge of presenting the paper entitled The Importance of guaranteeing Security in communications in new technological environments -Cloud, IoT, LoRa, Sigfox, NB-IoT, 5G, Satellite IoT, etc. Where the focus will be on the importance for private security companies of having technological partners, because in their interaction they usually offer advice and help, when deploying new technologies safely and according to the needs of their customers.
However, the Technological Meetings organized by ALAS, the Latin American Security Association, are a relevant meeting point for the security sector in Colombia, likewise, they have regional relevance, since they are carried out in a program as a tour of 11 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. This day is characterized by having an academic agenda, commercial exhibition and networking activities. It should be noted that this day of 2022 resumes face-to-face, after several years without being able to carry them out in this format, due to the restrictions of the pandemic caused by Covid – 19.
