Mexico. Walmart of Mexico and Central America installed Uniview CCTV cybersecurity systems and solutions to strengthen service data processes and order management.
This is Walmart's largest division outside the U.S., with 2,653 stores nationwide, including 287 Walmart Supercenter stores and 165 Sam's Club stores.
Solution
Walmart Supercenter involves tight control over your sales service data and order management. This solution adopts 25 units of 55" LCD splice displays for a video wall combination. The MW-A55-B1 LCD splice display unit has a high-reliability integration design that supports special splice compensation, display to prevent cauterization, makeover, and white balance adjustment. The MW-A55-B1 LCD splice display unit supports 24-hour continuous work and operates stably. In addition, Uniview also has a 0.8mm bezel LCD screen, which can offer the best viewing experience.
This solution also uses 4 DC5506-E high definition video decoders that can provide 6 HDMI output interfaces and a DMC8000-5U video wall controller. The HD video set-top box with the full real-time resolution adaptation technology can support multiple TV walls with different resolutions, dividing all output channels into four different TV wall groups and each TV wall can customize different output resolutions. This set-top box has the "Picture in Picture" feature which is exactly what Walmart Supercenter needs for its management. There is no restriction of limits in the display area of the screen, through the unique video processing algorithm, it is guaranteed that the image quality will not be lost in the zoom process.
The SUPERMARKET monitoring program of the UNV program not only processes service data and manages all orders, but also provides product analysis and improves the overall quality of supermarket service.
