The new ISO27001 certified cloud services platform simplifies how employees access the resources they need for their jobs, while ensuring job and visitor safety, regulatory compliance, and addressing a variety of new challenges for companies as their employees begin to return to work.
WorkforceID retains the best features of enterprise software for visitor and access management through HID SAFE physical IDs, and combines them with a deep understanding of user needs, expressed by customers from more than 250 organizations around the world, to make a generational leap in unified ID management.
With this solution, administrators can carry out a completely digital and integral implementation, without the complexity that usually comes with the installation, configuration and support of software installed on the client's servers. As for employees, contractors and visitors, it offers them an extremely comfortable user experience thanks to the different optimized digital workflows, such as visitor self-registration and regulated access to buildings and computer resources, according to changes in employees' work schedules.

The first two services offered are employee identification credential management and visitor management:
• HID WorkforceID ID Credential And Credential Issuance Manager: Automates credential management throughout the ID lifecycle, including system registration, card printing, and cloud system deactivation. Administrators are aware of the details of all active credentials, in any location.
• HID WorkforceID Visitor Manager: Improves the visitor experience thanks to the reduction in waiting times and the possibility of using self-service kiosks for the design of credentials. Administrators can personalize visitor experience and security measures, while benefiting from automated policy compliance.
