Latin America. In view of the context that the industry is going through, company executives decided to hold a meeting in virtual format in the company of its partners, with the aim of showing the strategies to maintain the continuity of the projects.
The presentation was attended by Leopoldo Ruiz, Regional Director of Latam; Diana Ardila, Regional Sales Manager for South America; Alejandro Aguirre, Regional Sales Manager in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean; Mariana Ramírez, Marketing Manager for Latam; Mauricio Swain, Business Development Manager at Latam, and Francisco Rodríguez, Technical Services Manager for Latam.
"One of the most important challenges is to stay close to the people who are part of the company, in order to show users the actions that are carried out to support them in situations like this. The entire team is working under the rules established by the authorities and we are making the most of digital platforms to maintain ties with customers, partners and end users," explained Leopoldo Ruiz.
Among the main objectives of this meeting, was to make the partners know the details regarding the good development of the supply chain, clarifying that the way of working is maintained, so that all wholesalers continue to guarantee the products so that each project is developed continuously.
Alejandro Aguirre explained that he seeks to maintain closeness with the projects and operations of the canals, leading a team that is in contact with them in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. For her part, Diana Ardila, mentioned that they are looking for new business opportunities in sectors such as Banking, Health and promoting network audio solutions for citizen surveillance, they are also working to maintain the delivery times of the products.
Throughout the conference, each of the managers showed their efforts to maintain activities in the different areas of vital importance within the company. Mariana Ramírez made available to all channels webinars, virtual tours and an exclusive site for members.
Mauricio Swain commented that he is looking to strengthen the commercial relations supported by a solid team in Mexico and Argentina that will be having a presence throughout the region.
Another of the topics that were developed was that of the area of personalized attention, where Francisco Rodríguez mitigated the doubts of the partners regarding technical support. He commented that the entire team is working remotely on a normal schedule to help users. He mentioned the importance of keeping the channels updated and made available an online training program: Axis Virtual Camp, which in its first four sessions had an attendance of approximately two thousand people.
