Mexico. Dahua Technology donated one of its thermal cameras to the government of Coahuila, which will be installed in the municipality of Monclova. The governor of Coahuila, Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solís, thanked the gesture of the brand and assured that in the following days more similar equipment will be acquired.
"We are very pleased with the delivery of this ideal equipment for the detection of abnormal temperatures in the body, it is something we did not expect because they are very expensive high-tech equipment, thanks really to Dahua Technology, it is a great gesture," said Riquelme Solís.
The solution delivered to the government of Coahuila consists of a thermal camera plus a device called Blackbody, which can be configured to detect higher than normal temperatures, with an accuracy range of ±0.3°C. This solution will make it possible to detect people with fever, and thus help health personnel to apply the corresponding health protocols.
"We are very happy to be able to collaborate once again with the government of Coahuila, previously they have already relied on our technology to implement Dahua equipment and strengthen the 'Safe City' strategy and provide protection to the population," said Sánchez Xia, CEO of Dahua Technology Mexico.
