Mexico. Arteco Global, a video management software production company, announced the opening of its first Latin American branch in Mexico. Following growth in North America, with operations throughout the U.S., Arteco now aims to strengthen its position in the second security market in the Americas, the first in Latin America.
Juan Manuel Vélez has been appointed Sales Manager. A security professional for 10 years, Vélez acquired a deep knowledge of the dynamics of the Latin American market that works in more than 12 countries in the area and develops large-scale projects ranging from critical infrastructure (Mexico City International Airport) to retail (network of replay brand stores in Peru).
"Arteco is a company with great strengths: it stands out among the multitude of competitors for the infinite possibilities of integration and personalized approach to customer service and commercial offers," said Vélez. "I am happy to be part of a team that has already achieved significant results and to help them grow in Latin America."
"The commitment to increase our penetration in that specific geographic context is strategic. As we did in South Africa, we decided to bet on promising areas where our skills can emerge and lead the market. Our expansion project is not yet finished. There will be more news," added Giampaolo Sabbatani, CEO of Arteco Global.
Founded in 1987, Arteco is a global provider of event-driven intelligence solutions headquartered in Faenza, Italy, with operations in St. Louis, USA and Johannesburg, South Africa.
