In Latin America, for example, since the beginning of the year, engineer Francisco Lozano has been strengthening the direct customer service support team, a group of professionals whose objective is to help integrators and end users solve the problems they may have in their facilities in the Spanish-speaking region.
On the other hand, the engineer Lina Alfaro was promoted to the position of manager of technical services in Latin America, to reinforce the technical support staff in the area of professional services and pre-sales in the region. After working in the Milestone Partners program in Colombia, Lina spent the last 18 months in Mexico City, where together with her team, she managed to reduce the abandonment rate of the waiting line for technical support in Spanish by 10%.
Likewise, José Brito was promoted to manage a section of the technical support team in Latin America, this after being trained for several months and being key in the management of daily operations during the move to the Mexico City office.
A continental team
At the American level in general, Milestone Systems announced the hiring of Cliff Brady, who holds the new position of national sales manager in the United States (west zone); Chip Wilson was also appointed as business manager for Partners in South Texas.
On the other hand, Estanislao (Tanis) Lucio joins the sales operations team as distribution channel manager for the Americas and will work in Milestone's new office in Portland, Oregon, as does Desiree Breamer, who is the new financial controller for the Americas.
