Ecuador. The Latin American Security Association, ALAS, continues to tour the region with its Technological Meetings. On this occasion it was the turn for Ecuador, which last Thursday, March 15, received at the Sonesta Hotel in the city of Guayaquil the nearly 50 attendees who gathered for this networking and technological update event.
The day included technical talks:
- "Business Intelligence, the new era of intelligent video" by SCATI
- "Secure Identification and Mobility Solutions for Access Control Systems" by HID Global.
- "Infallible method to detect a fire and save lives" by XTRALIS- VESDA.
- "Resilience applied to communication in crisis" by F24 Servicios de Comunicación.
- "Break the 100m barrier. Long-range IP connectivity solutions" from NVT Phybridge.
- "Implementation and management of access control systems for small, medium and large businesses" by CDVI.
- "Realities and myths of the concept of Integration. Exacq – Kantech – DSC: Three brands, one solution" by Johnson Controls.
- "Business Ready – Milestone for mid-segment" by Milestone.
On the academic side, Carlos Buznego, Vice Country Chair for Ecuador and Bolivia of BICSI, gave a conference on "The importance of the structured cabling system in the OSI model - interconnection of systems" and the day closed with a flourish with one of the conferences that generated the greatest interest by the Transformational Coach David Rodríguez Mera, with the conference "Emotional intelligence, a key tool for entrepreneurs".
The Association will be participating in April in important industry fairs such as ISC West and Expo Seguridad México, to resume its cycle of meetings visiting Uruguay and Argentina in May.
