Mexico. Osrami, first wholesaler of infrastructure for Information Technologies, announces its new support scheme for distribution channels and integrators, as well as its new customer service area.
With two new policies, the wholesaler provides tools that will facilitate projects and optimize the resources of companies.
The first is a website where the partner can check the availability of equipment, find technical data sheets of the same and make online quotes without the need to contact a sales agent, which represents a great saving of time. In addition, when the customer already has his purchase order, the freight will be free to any part of the Mexican Republic; and for the cities closest to the Osrami branches, such as: Merida, Monterrey and Mexico City, there is a promise of delivery between 24 and 48 hours.
Osrami agents will remain available to support channels and integrators, however, the portal will facilitate and shorten the time to search and purchase equipment. To have access to these tools, you must fill out a registration form, which will be discharged, will go to evaluation of the order and in a couple of days access to the tools will be released.
