During 2015, Silmar Electronics has had important changes in the International Sales Department to support more directly its customers in Latin America and the Caribbean, including: the entry of new professionals, the implementation of marketing activities and the re-assignment of territories to sales personnel.
The international area of the company has a highly competitive and committed sales team and technical support engineers, located mostly in Silmar's corporate office in Miami, and one of the members in Colombia.

- Giselle González: Anguilla, Antigua, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Island, Grenada, Guyana, St. Kitts, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Suriname, Tortola and Trinidad and Tobago
- John Monastoque: Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Domiciled in Colombia.
- Willie Travieso: Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Ecuador, in addition to being the international sales manager.
The group is completed by Pilar Gómez, international business director; Marcel Van Brackel, product manager; Ricardo Mundarain, sales engineer; and Luz Adriana Alvarez, marketing coordinator.
