Chile. Faced with the robberies that affected nurseries and kindergartens in San Pedro de la Costa, the Municipality decided to install a security camera in the place to prevent illicit activities.
One of the crimes that increased this year, in the Bío Bío region, compared to 2014, is theft in an uninhabited place, which according to the latest statistical report of the National Directorate of Order and Security of the Carabineros, grew by 4.6% in the area.
And one of those uninhabited places preferred by criminals are the kindergartens and crib rooms, from where the subjects steal the children's food, to reduce them and obtain easy money, a cowardly act that during the past week affected enclosures of San Pedro de La Costa.
In the effort to provide greater security, the municipality will install one of its surveillance cameras in the vicinity of the San Pedro de La Costa kindergarten, located next to the clinic, said the head of citizen security, Jorge Andrés León.
During the week, Carabineros recovered 52 kilos of milk stolen from the garden and cradle room San Pedro de La Costa, de la Junji, arresting a woman who tried to sell them at the free fair of Michaihue.
A criminal was also arrested when he left another kindergarten, the Antillán, of Integra, with various species, including five kilos of meat for the snacking of minors.
