Mario is a specialist in planning, change management and security policy design, violence prevention and crime reduction. He is a consultant for public and private organizations. He is currently Spokesperson and Head of Public Relations for Expo Seguridad Mexico.
In the public sector, he has served as Head of the Planning, Foresight and Private Security Unit of the Office of the National Security Commissioner in the Ministry of the Interior; Director of the Regional Academy of Public Security of the Northeast of the Executive Secretariat of the National Public Security System; and Director of Programming and Monitoring at the Planning Center for Drug Control of the Attorney General's Office.
