Tyco Security Products partners with Alarm.com

altLatin America. Tyco Security Products, which is part of Tyco (NYSE: TYC) announced a new global alliance, this time with Alarm.com.


Alarm.com is the leading provider of technology for connected home services, with facilities in more than one million homes. With its highly customized services, including interactive security, video monitoring, power management and home automation, Alarm.com technology perfectly complements Tyco Security Products' journey in interactive hardware solutions.

Alarm.com will be available in early 2014 with DSC's IMPASSA series and later that year will be launched into global markets with selected hybrid systems. The alliance includes close collaboration on the design in order to ensure the compatibility of the full range of current and future services of Alarm.com, providing suppliers around the world with a leading platform that adapts to future developments.

Tyco Security Products' role as a global industry leader in the development of security solutions, coupled with the strengths of interactive security services offered by high-caliber partner brands such as Alarm.com, enhance the brand's business presence in that and connected home sector, guaranteeing customers additional income and improved service delivery standards.
