Argentina. Within the framework of Intersec Buenos Aires 2012, region XXIV of ASIS International will develop the I ASIS Regional Seminar of Security Professionals. The event will take place on August 15 and 16 (La Rural Predio Ferial, Pabellón Blanco, Sala Nogal), focusing its attention on the new paradigm: "The interaction between the public sector, private security and users".
The seminar is aimed at all specialists, entrepreneurs, managers and managers of the various sectors and branches of security in order to raise, enunciate and analyze the keys to cooperation, convergence and interaction between public security and private security.
The intention is to obtain a concrete proposal for change that will allow real improvements to be developed over general security.
ASIS International is the world's leading association of security professionals with more than 38,000 members. Region XXIV covers Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
The preliminary agenda is composed of topics such as the interaction between public security and private security, the advantages of working on standardization standards of private security, cooperation and advice to executive and legislative authorities, contributions and convergence in: protection of critical infrastructure; citizen security, security of financial institutions; supply chain security; port and airport security; computer security; organized crime; trafficking in drugs and persons; keys to achieving integration; as well as international cases and experiences.
