Colombia. With a variety of topics focused on four panels: security, air conditioning, sustainability and integration, TecnoEdificios already has ready the Programa Académico for the 2011 edition of the congress on technologies for the modernization of properties, which will be held on November 9 and 10 in Medellín.
A group of qualified speakers from countries such as Mexico, the United States, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Colombia, and with extensive experience in their different segments, will be in charge of dictating each of the talks during the two days of the congress.
Topics such as the costs and benefits of implementing an IP CCTV system, security management, the latest NFPA standards for Latin America; as well as new technologies in air conditioning systems, energy saving, sustainable lighting, integrated solutions and electronic networks, are some of the talks on which the congress focuses.
In its second version, TecnoEdificios will once again have a commercial exhibition where some of the most important manufacturers, distributors and integrators of technologies for buildings will meet. The congress also has a business roundtable that will allow entrepreneurs to strengthen commercial ties and make themselves known within the industry.
As in the first edition, TecnoEdificios will also carry out a series of guided tours of some of the most important buildings in the city of Medellín, in which the latest technologies are integrated for better performance. The Intelligent Building of EPM, the Specialized Centers of San Vicente Foundation (new headquarters Hospital San Vicente de Paul) and the Engineering Building of the Eafit University, will receive a group of attendees to publicize the facilities.
