United States. The developer of monitoring systems for passive millinetric wave safety controls, Brijot Imaging Systems, introduced two new systems for monitoring people. The SafeScreen and MobileScan solutions were built on the basis of GEN 2 millimeter wave technology, detecting metallic and non-metallic items as well as objects hidden under clothing, but does not reveal anatomical details of people.
Mitchel J. Laskey, president and CEO of Brijot, says that with these systems the company demonstrates that it is committed to the continuous evolution of its solutions to meet market demands, and the company sets the standard for advanced people monitoring technology.
SafeScreen, is the small footprint system designed to meet the identification needs of airports and other facilities that have limited space to incorporate large-scale technologies. For its part, the MobileScan displays a full-body image, is completely portable and can be taken anywhere.
