NVT's DigitalEQ™ line of active concentrators was awarded as the CCTV product of 2009 by the British magazine PSI.Every year the magazine, an independent publication aimed at installers, presents the Premier award for the CCTV product of the year, this time the Samsung Techwin SDN550 and CBC C-Allview cameras participated, which obtained the second and third place, respectively, and the DigitalEQ Active Concentrators, from NVT, the winners.
Antonio Pérez, assistant sales manager for Latin America, said that "the main advantage of the winning product over the company's traditional active receivers is the automatic equalization of profit that allows obtaining the best video quality, eliminating the need for manual adjustments, and therefore saving installation time and labor."
The line of DigitalEQ Concentrators, composed of the NV-1672 solution, of sixteen channels that allows the transmission of video in color or monochromatic, in real time, at distances of up to 1.6 Km; by the NV-872 which is the eight-channel version, and by the 3272 which offers thirty-two channels; continuously and automatically compensates for cable attenuation, ground loops and wiring polarity, regardless of the video signal image. This product is now available in Latin America.
