Mexico. Empresas de Teleconumicaciones (Empretel), a wholesaler specialized in IP telecommunications, and Qnap, a Taiwanese manufacturer of network solutions and surveillance, announced an agreement whose objective is to offer storage solutions that will be aimed at the Mexican market.In this regard, Félix Cabrera, sales manager of IP solutions at Empretel, said that the firm has a significant growth forecast this year, taking advantage of the expansion of its portfolio.
Similarly, Qnap's regional account manager for Latin America, Fernando Barrientos, believes that the intention of reaching Mexico is to seek to offer its IP video surveillance and storage products for small businesses and home users.
