United States. Security & Sales Integration magazine chose Winsted's command center consoles, Sight-Line, as one of the technological innovations that are part of the Top 30 of 2008. The products on this list include technologies ranging from video imaging and storage, wireless communications and IP connectivity, among others. These products are selected by three publishers of the publication.Scott Goldfine, editor-in-chief of SSI magazine, wrote that Winsted's Sight-Line provides command and control security for designers and users with a number of attractive options. The high-end console makes it easy to handle cable switching and features configuration alternatives that include an almost unlimited number of LCD monitor mount options selected through the Versa-Trak system.
Winsted's console was the only one of its kind among the products selected for this year's honor. Ergonomics, flexible display options, TruForm work surfaces, intelligent equipment, as well as easy access to data characterize the Sight-Lin consoles, as well as their unique system of quick installation.
