Asia. Salto Systens' latest XS4 standalone locks, contactless card readers and SVN virtual network technology were added to the security solutions of Club at The Saujana (Club de la Sajuana), a luxury resort complex in Malaysia of GHM Hotels.This resort is located among the hills of a plama plantation just 35 minutes from Kuala Lumpur Airport. Club de La Saujana is the latest addition to GHM Hotels' portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts. The hotel has 105 rooms and suites that adjoin the golf course.
Due to the standard of luxury and comfort that identifies the hotel, the directors chose to implement the discreet contactless electronic access control technology which would bring operational benefits and advantages to the resort, so it became an integral part of the new development plan from day one.
Thus, 111 XS4 autonomous wireless electronic locks were installed in the 105 rooms, four pantries, a warehouse and an external garden door. These locks are integrated via the network into the SVN virtual network software and strategically attached to the two contactless readers and the key programming card.
Each lock has its own built-in power source in the card reader that identifies the user, whether it is the guest or a staff member, the system reviews the access rights and then the lock is opened or denied entry.
