Páez is an electrical engineer with a specialization in commercial management and marketing. In addition, he has another postgraduate degree in engineering project management. His professional journey is backed by 13 years of professional experience in electronic security. Of these, five years managing the implementation of comprehensive security projects and integration of technologies and leading work teams. In addition, 8 years as commercial manager for different countries in Latin America.
