Latin America. The Latin American Security Association (ALAS) recently announced the appointment of Gina Castillo Sierra as the new Marketing and Communications Manager.
The new manager, who joined the work team since November 23, 2015, is a professional in communication and corporate relations and a master's degree in administration, has five years of professional experience in public relations, corporate journalism and event organization. Her most recent experience was as communications coordinator of the innovation and entrepreneurship system at the University of Antioquia in Colombia. He also has experience in sales, digital strategies and management of training projects in organizations in the health, transport and services sectors.
The communicator joins the Association to lead the brand positioning of ALAS and its partners, as well as the management of the corporate media and events in which ALAS has a presence.
"I assume this professional challenge with all the responsibility of the case, my main objective is that the partners find in the Marketing and Communications management an indisputable ally to increase the scope and visibility of their projects. I am a warm, creative and hardworking person, and I will put these characteristics at the service of the Association," said Gina Castillo.
