A total of eight "Keynote Lectures" are held during Expo Seguridad Mexico 2010. On Tuesday 20, three of them were developed: "Understanding and resolution in digital video", dictated by Charlie Pierce, in which he spoke about the different standards in megapixel technology and effects of digital understanding on visual evidence.The other lectures of the day were "Anatomy of a Kidnapping," delivered by Allan W. Bell, president of Globe Risk Holdings; and "Mexican Leaders: Knowing Them Is Not Enough," dictated by Raúl Ferráez.
