Key Business Process Solutions, presents mobotix's Thermal M15D thermal technology camera, a camera that is powered through the Ethernet (PoE) connection and features a 5-megapixel module. The thermal sensor has 3 different types of lens according to the focal length that are 17, 25 and 45 degrees.
The modular design of the M15D ensures maximum flexibility for the thermal imaging camera, in addition to being able to observe what happens no matter what is at night, it works to the maximum of its capabilities despite the inclement weather. The thermal sensor is capable of detecting in total darkness and even through smoke, smog or a thin film of plastic.
In combination with the activity sensor, "MXActivity Sensor" produces reliable video analysis as it detects movements of people and vehicles, while being able to isolate distracting elements such as movements of "cold" objects such as bushes, grass, water, clouds, waves etc. The quality of the videos will not be affected by reflections coming from very intense light sources, it can be configured to detect when a person or a device is producing higher than normal heat levels.
