SoftGuard
SoftGuard's SmartPanics module is based on native applications for the Iphone, Android and BlackBerry platforms. The applications are purchased directly by the end user in the stores/markets of each supplier free of charge.
The monitoring center will install the SG-SmartPanics modules within the SG-Web Desktop environment to manage the devices, their correlation with monitoring accounts, their graphic customization and management.
The events to be generated will be: SOS for panic or robbery, medical emergency and fire or fire.
The events will be accompanied by the position of the device by the internal methods of the smartphone that are position for the cellular network and GPS. In SG Monitoring the event will be displayed with an active location map. The advanced video function will allow the monitoring center to receive an image of the event from the smartphone cameras, shot by the user.
The communications are multi-way to ensure the reception of the signals, being in order the most used the TCP-IP way either by the cellular data network or by WI-FI, as well as the sending by SMS when the data network is not available.
