Axis Communications introduces the F series of miniature cameras for discreet use; In addition to the small size, it has Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) with Forensic Capture, an exclusive ability to compensate for the contrast of lighting and generate an improvement in the image.
The F series consists of one main unit, the Axis F41, and four different models of units with lenses and sensors. In the F41 are the processor, the SD card slot and other connections.
It offers full HD (1080p) video of up to 60 frames per second, ideal for capturing objects at high speed. It also offers two-way audio, input and output ports for integration with alarm systems, RS323 port to integrate external data into the video, Power over Ethernet to power the cameras through the network cable itself, and intelligent video capabilities such as motion detection.
The four units with lens and image sensor are connected to AXIS F41 via a cable can be 3 or 12 meters. Each one comes in different formats and type of lens for varied fields of view, reaching up to 194° horizontal viewing angle and IP66 rating.
