SoftGuard

SoftGuard has designed for electronic security companies the SmartPanics system, which allows to offer a faster way to send an SOS signal, panic or emergency assistance through a smartphone.

The SmartPanics is configured as follows: in the monitoring center the SG-SmartPanics module is installed within the SG-WebDesktop environment, to attend to the alerts received from the smartphones of the clients that have the APP. The background of the same is customizable with the color and logo of the company, as well as you can change its language among other parameters.

This release is based on native applications for the Iphone iOS, Android and Blackberry 10/Os platforms. The applications can be purchased directly by the end user in the Store Markets of each provider free of charge.

Among many other utilities, SmartPanics allows private security companies to offer services such as traffic assistance, referral to mechanical assistance, assistance to the elderly, among others. The events will be accompanied by the position of the device by the internal methods of the smartphone such as the cellular network and GPS.
