Arecont Vision
Arecont Vision introduces its new MegaDome 2 series of all-in-one H.264 cameras that combine megapixel resolution with remote focus, zoom, day/night and auto-iris capabilities. The new functionality will allow system integrators to install the cameras without having to locally fix the camera's field of view or focus. All lens operations can be controlled remotely to refine the field of view and focus of the scene. Short or full range focus scanning functions analyze the local or total scene to determine the best focus for the chosen viewpoint.
The AV1255AM is a day/night camera that offers a resolution of 1.3 megapixels at 42 frames per second (fps), while the AV2255AM provides a Full HD resolution of 1080p at 32fps and has casino mode to ensure constant 30fps recording for users who need guaranteed frame levels.
At higher resolutions, the AV3255AM delivers 3-megapixel day/night images at 21fps, and the AV5255AM offers a resolution of 5 megapixels at 14fps, both offering a Binned Mode to improve low-light performance. All four dome cameras are available with a heater in a Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) solution that does not need external power.
