Thinking about the quality required by an internet protocol (IP) platform, Ikegami launches the IPD-VR11 dome, a product of its new IPD series, which combines the advantages of an IP camera with hyper dynamic wide range technology in the PIXIM Seawolf sensor.
The resulting sub-megapixel camera captures the most useful information in a scene than megapixel cameras that take up more bandwidth; it also allows its integration in low voltage.
In the IPD-VR11 dome the images are clear and natural, regardless of the lighting conditions, offering a balance of bandwidth use and resolution in the images.
