American Dynamics, from Tyco Security Products, integrates its flagship line of Illustra IP cameras into the Genetec Omnicast video management solution. The integration is available with version 4.8, or higher, of the Omnicast video management system, which provides efficient operation of digital video, audio and data on any IP network.
The integration with the cameras of the 400 and 600 series provides a work with great video quality in any light condition. These cameras have the ability to automatically detect faces in a live scene and improve the image quality around the face, while saving bandwidth on the rest of the scene.
In addition, the equipment integrates autofocus, which allows remote control of the image and automatically focus on the required area with the click of a button, which saves security integrators time and money in each project.
Additionally, the outdoor camera has a wide-angle lens option that allows for ultra-sharp visualizations and prevents fisheye distortion, especially at the farthest angles of an image, where events can occur.
