The new Biometric Reader Bioentry W, manufactured by Suprema and distributed arcrosoft, integrates a fingerprint reader and an RFID proximity card reading module. The device is designed for both indoors and outdoors, since it has an IP65 housing, which allows it to be resistant to water, dust and vandalism with its IK08 Lexan structure.
The equipment accommodates 5,000 users and 50,000 records, as well as 1:2,000 comparisons per second. In addition, it has TCP/IP, Wiegand, RS485, RS232 and relay communications.
It also has an optical fingerprint reader 500 dpi and RFID Mifare/DESFire 13.56 Mhz; as well as power via PoE (Power over Ethernet).
