The new Hikvision DS-8100HMFI-T mobile DVR model is designed for installation on trains or other large vehicles, as it incorporates a design against constant vibration and is manufactured with internal power supply for occasional power problems.
The DVR accommodates up to 12 video inputs and supports two 2.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD disks with a capacity of 500 GB each for long recording periods.
The design prevents the equipment from dust, moisture and heat dissipation. In addition, it supports the shock acceleration value of 50G, this product adopts vibration reduction technology on the hard drive for stability in operation.
Additionally, it offers users the benefit of 3G/Wi-Fi data transmission such as video, location, brake signals and speed. It also incorporates an internal power supply, when the external one stops working they have enough time to turn off avoiding damage to the hard drive.
H.264 video compression is supported for each analog channel with 4CIF encoding in real time, which means improvement in image quality during observation. It also supports dual stream, with sub stream, allowing preview and monitoring via cellular phones via limited bandwidth.
