Samsung Techwin
Samsung Techwin announced the addition of new equipment to its iPolis product family. The new line will be integrated by megapixel infrared (IR) cameras for outdoor use and capture of high-resolution images in total darkness.
The products of this line will be available in dome and bullet models, they will also have IP66 category to allow their use in adverse weather conditions.
It is part of this series iPolis SNV-7080R, a dome camera for 3 megapixel networks that offers images in 16: 9 resolution 1080p full HD and also has integrated 15 infrared LED luminaires for a viewing distance of 75 feet, even in total darkness.
The device uses Samsung's WiseNet2 DSP chipset, which is designed to take full advantage of the functionalities of megapixel technology, for example, optimizing the dynamic range of the equipment and intelligent compression with coding according to the region of interest.
The device also includes a 3-8.55mm (2.8x) motorized variable focal length lens that allows you to adjust zoom and focus remotely after installation.
