The Bosch company updates its Bosch Video Client software, a Windows application to view recorded and live video from networked cameras. This software is integrated into all Bosch IP cameras.
The new version of the software, BVC 1.3 has been optimized for small and medium-sized CCTV applications and supports up to 16 cameras for free. Up to 128 cameras can be expanded by purchasing additional licenses.
The updated BVC 1.3 version also allows up to 40 standard definition (SD) and high definition (HD) channels to be viewed live on two monitors.
The update plays live images from the cameras both connected to the Divar 700 Series video recorder and the Bosch Recording Station (BRS). In addition, it controls the playback of IP cameras and encoders on Bosch HD decoders on wall monitors.
