The new line of encoders introduced by Axis M70 and P72 offer 15 to 30 frames per second of H.264 video in D1 resolution on all channels, with local audio and storage options.
The five encoders are divided into the following models: four-channel M7014, 16-channel M7010 with mountable rack, four-channel video P7214 with audio, four-channel P7224 with audio, and 16-channel P7210 with mountable rack and audio.
These systems provide Motion JPEG and support Power Over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af) that allows audio and video signals to be transmitted through the same cable, as well as PAN, Tilt and Zoom functions to control analog PTZ cameras.
The new Axis equipment is a solution that allows an economical migration from analog cameras to advanced IP-based video surveillance systems, ideal for scenarios such as service stations, small offices and commercial establishments.
