Sony launches its new SNC-CH180 security camera with a maximum resolution of 1.3 megapixels (1280 x 1024), this wide dynamic range camera, ready for outdoors, comes designed with built-in IR illuminators for capturing images in absolute darkness.
Since it is a dual-stream network camera, it supports H.264, MPEG-4 and JPEG compression formats, and delivers excellent image quality in high resolution 720p at 30 fps.
It also comes equipped with the new "Exmor" CMOS image sensor, designed for surveillance; It offers View-DR technology to enhance the images, has a built-in heater, BNC connector and a sound jack.
The NOMINAL PROTECTION INDEX IP66 provides a characteristic of water and dust tightness for outdoor surveillance, or even indoors where water ingress could pose a problem.
