IndigoVision presents its new SMS4 r3 software to coordinate the responses of different agencies and operations through real-time video.
The system automatically validates incoming information to proceed with critical incident verification, transferring video content to personnel present at other locations so they can handle the situation and respond appropriately.
Likewise, the system allows the incorporation of previous information, recording the sequence and combination of events that may lead to a risk situation. Incidents identified as priorities are sent directly to hierarchical levels and to other agencies in different locations.
True alarms that are not analyzed within a given period of time automatically pass through a chain of operators, accompanied by real-time contextual video, to ensure a quick response.
