Qnap's first standalone video recording system for surveillance, the two-disc VioStor VS-2008L 8-channel and VS-2004L 4-channel, offer high performance for recording 4 to 8 video cameras simultaneously.

Thanks to the fact that its configuration can be done from any PC on the network, the new VioStor becomes an ideal system for the surveillance of homes, offices, 24H multi-service stores, retail stores and health centers. Thus, users can create their own security system at home or office, just by connecting IP video cameras in the areas that need to be controlled.

Additionally, the built-in RAID 1 capability of the VioStor VS-2008L and VS-2004L provide you with secure protection of recorded video, and with a single press of a button on the front of the standalone NVR, the video is exported to any external storage device, so that mobile display can be applied to control IP cameras through an iPhone, iPad or PDA.
