Card Printer
The ZXP Series 8 printer is Zebra's first retransfer card printer to bring to market. This product includes a software platform for easy integration with enterprise applications and high reliability that minimizes the need for maintenance.
The retransfer process is a technology that prints an inverted image in high resolution directly on a transparent receiving layer, supported by an intermediate flexible film; by heat and pressure thermally transfers the image on the surface of the card and together with the intermediate film that has received it.
The print time is 19 seconds per card on one side and 21 seconds on two sides. This product is ideal for the personalization of all types of cards (keychains or chip) without smooth surface or when high image quality or security is needed.
