SoftGuard presents the new VigiControl desktop module for the control of rounds of guards and guard personnel monitored from the monitoring center.
The SG VigiControl Desktop module consists of two systems: the mobile application that allows the monitor to control rounds, report their position, send alerts of live man and images and the VigiControl Dekstop module that is installed in the monitoring center for the management and administration of the application.
The App has five main buttons: SOS for sending alerts with position on the map, round to notify the arrival or departure of each point of the control of rhodes, LIVE MAN for the control of presence, news for the sending of notifications through text or voice notes, images and reading of QR codes and call to make a direct call to the monitoring center. In addition, the most important functions can be quickly accessed from the VigiControl widget on the mobile desktop.
Being a multi-link system ensures the sending of alerts via TCP-IP either by WI-FI or by cellular data network (GPRS – LTE), as well as the sending of SMS when the data network is not available.
