The TS-412U is Qnap Systems' new single-height rack, designed for enterprise and SMB workgroups. With a Marvelll CPU at 1.2 GHZ and 256MB of DDRII memory, it provides high network storage performance and a wide range of applications for these businesses.

This device has among other things four Sata disk bays, 12TB of capacity, four USB ports and two e-SATA ports, to expand the storage capacity. In addition, it supports 2.5" and 3.5" disk formats, for greater flexibility in the selection of disk drives for installation.

Additionally, the TS-412U rack offers cross-platform support for Windows, Macintosh, Linux and Unix, as well as a centralized backup system for all computers connected to the network, video surveillance recording of IP cameras, advanced security such as IP blocking, compatibility with Windows Active Directory, among others.
