The new PG9936 PowerG wireless smoke and heat detector is a photoelectric operating device that sends an early warning of fire when smoke is detected or the temperature exceeds 57°C and emits a coded signal to the control panel to activate the system siren.
The PG9936 features interconnected smoke detector operation, allowing all smoke detectors in the same partition to sound the alarm when one of the detectors is activated.
Being a wireless device, it offers more installation options to home owners and businesses, even in places where wiring is difficult or impossible. In addition, it simplifies maintenance tasks, with sound and visual sensitivity degradation indicators that notify when cleaning or replacement of the detector is required.
This device uses PowerG technology, which powers a robust platform with various features, designed to reduce reseller operating costs and offer greater reliability to end users and is compatible with PowerSeries Neo and iotega products and the new PowerSeries Pro commercial system.
