The new dome camera iDS-2CD8146G0-IZS, four megapixels resolution, is an "all-in-one" equipment that is part of the DeepInView series, and includes three functions to highlight: Facial Capture, Facial Recognition and Metadata.
The facial capture analytics allows the identification and tracking of a human body, to be able to capture the face at the best possible angle and the best definition, so that this capture can be used for comparison with the face database.
Facial Recognition is a feature in which the camera itself can make the comparison with its own internal database of up to 3,000 faces in three libraries, while the Metadata function makes it easier for applications from independent developers to use individual instances or application data to develop their own solutions.
The device can be used in applications for the discovery of face attributes, to identify the gender and approximate age, as well as intelligent events such as: intrusion detection, region entry, forgotten or removed object, among others. When used with deepInMind series NVRs, such as the iDS-7716NXI-I4/16P/XB, it supports up to 100,000 faces in 16 different libraries, cataloging them in whitelists, blacklists, VIP, among others.
