The VIVOCloud cloud service has updated both the mobile app and web services, making it easier for users to receive notifications from security cameras and NVRs online or offline.
The VIVOCloud v2.5 app now allows you to view the history of camera notifications or NVR alarms in the Notifications section, as well as receive them when the device is disconnected. Now you can stop constantly checking live video streams and just check them when there are notifications.
It also supports access methods such as Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or PIN to lock the app when enabling protection. It is compatible with iOS 11.0 or later and Android 5.0 or later. For security, devices with root access cannot use this app.
Each device can be shared with up to four different VIVOCloud accounts, and only the primary account has the authority to set up the device. It supports the camera setup feature and users who need complete cloud surveillance, can set everything up with VIVOCloud, including camera settings, alarms, push notifications, scheduled recording, among others.
