Softguard Technologies created for the SmartPanics application the Global APP function, a "push" notification system that allows the end user to be in contact with its monitoring service 24 hours a day.
The user only has to activate the Global APP functionality and define what type of events the "push" notifications are generated before and with which data template.
The SmartPanics application accumulates warnings by showing them with the typical red balloon counter of unread messages, alerting the user in a simple and visible way that their monitoring center sent them a notification.
The App also allows graphic adaptation to the corporate identity of the monitoring service provider, which improves family security through GPS tracking. It also offers the possibility of interacting with users' alarm systems, the geolocation devices of their vehicles and their video cameras.
