SoftGuard, thinking of its allies, has created a new module called Web Dealer Mobile View Access, a new variant of the existing Web dealer, which allows you to manage the information registered in each monitoring account.
This will allow you to determine the type of information that will be available for consultations, which can be done through a smartphone.
The Web Dealer Mobile View or AWDMV module allows you to query the status and configuration of an account or a group of them. Additionally, if the user is a 'technician', they can perform special tasks such as changing the status of an account, verifying the associated service orders and sending notices for arrival or departure to the target, from their mobile device with Internet access.
