Samsung's new SNO-5080R is a 1.3-megapixel network camera with built-in varifocal lens, infrared LEDs and IP66 degree of protection, which captures high-definition images both day and night, which is ideal for parking lots, industrial areas, gas stations, schools, hospitals, commercial parks and airports.
This camera offers Intelligent Video Analysis (VAT) for virtual line detection and input/output, as well as the appear/disappear function to detect the movement of objects. In addition, its H.264, MPEG4, MJPEG and JPEG compression allows the simultaneous transmission of images to various places, frequencies and resolutions; thus, different authorized users can control live images of one place, while recording video evidence of another.
Incorporating Samsung's Super Dynamic Range (SSDR) technology, the SNO-5080R automatically increases the level of detail of the dark areas of a scene and keeps that of the lighter areas at the same level so that operators can visualize objects that are normally hidden in the shadow.
